REGISTRATION: Please complete the form and submit. You will be notified once your registration is accepted. Seats are guaranteed on a first-come first-served once payment is received. Companies registering 10 or more students, receive a $400 discount on the $3000 base price.
LAPTOPS: All students should bring Laptops to facilitate sharing of Class Materials and Software in some cases.
PAYMENT: Payment may be made by check or money order in US Dollars. Make check payable to: University of Houston. Remit payment with a copy of this invoice to: Earth and Atmospheric Science Dept., Science and Research Building 1, 3507 Cullen Blvd, Rm 312, Houston, Texas 77204-5007. ATTENTION: Payee is responsible for all wire transfer fees and for making appropriate arrangements so that the University of Houston will receive the full amount of tuition as indicated above

TIMELY PAYMENT: All payments must be received by our office at least Fifteen (15) business days before a start of a course. However, payment is required to reserve your seat.
CANCELLATION: UH will refund the tuition, less a processing fee of $100 if a request for cancellation is received by our office, either by mail (Earth and Atmospheric Science Dept., Science and Research Building 1, 3507 Cullen Blvd, Rm 312, Houston, Texas 77204-5007) or email donvann@uh.edu, at least 48 hours before the start of a course.
